What is JuanFlix?
JuanFlix: The FDCP Channel is a streaming platform that offers quality content for local and international film enthusiasts, learners, and filmmakers with a careful curation of homegrown and world cinema that inspires, enriches, and challenges perspectives.
Starting November 11, 2022, please note that existing FDCP Channel members would be able to continue enjoying their paid subscriptions on JuanFlix until they expire.
What can I watch on JuanFlix?
Users will be able to watch curated short and full-length films, ranging from special premieres, notable classics, and modern masterpieces from the local and world cinema for affordable subscription rates.
How can I access JuanFlix?
JuanFlix can be accessed via https://juanflix.com.ph/ through web browsers running on internet-capable devices such as desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
How do I register?
1. Go to the JuanFlix website: https://juanflix.com.ph/.
2. Choose your desired subscription.
3. Pay for your subscription through one of our accredited payment channels via Dragonpay.
Can I change my email address and password?
Yes. Once registered, you may change your email address and password on your user profile.
Can I access films for free?
JuanFlix will have a library of free content that you may access by registering for free.
However, to fully experience the channel and unlock all content, you may subscribe for as low as P99/month or P499/year.
Can I download the films and watch them offline?
No. To ensure the safety and security of the film, the filmmakers, and the audiences, the films would only be available for streaming online and would not be available for download.
Furthermore, the illegal recording and reproduction of films from the platform may be punishable by law.
Can I access JuanFlix outside of the Philippines?
JuanFlix is accessible worldwide, with selected content to be made available soon to audiences outside the Philippines.
Can I stream simultaneously on multiple devices?
Only one device per account is allowed for streaming. Should you wish to log in using a new device, you have to log out from your old device.
How can I pay for my JuanFlix Subscription?
You may pay for your subscription through online banking, over-the-counter payments, e-wallet payments, and other payment channels via Dragonpay, JuanFlix’s official payment gateway.
Can I use my credit card to pay for my subscription?
As of the moment, you may only pay for your subscription using your debit cards and other acceptable payment options through Dragonpay.
How can I use my voucher code?
Vouchers can be used by entering the voucher codes in their specific redemption forms. Some vouchers would have limited redemption counts and would not be valid once they are fully redeemed. They are also not convertible to cash.
Can I delete my account?
You may delete your account through your Profile page or by requesting for the deletion of your account by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Please note that we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unwatched JuanFlix content.
